Dalgona Coffee Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons instant coffee
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons hot water
- Milk (about 1 cup)
- Ice cubes (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS
STEP 1: In a mixing bowl, combine the instant coffee, sugar, and hot water.
STEP 2: Use a hand mixer or a whisk to whip the mixture. Start at low speed and gradually increase to high. Whip for about 2-3 minutes or until it becomes thick and creamy. You can also do this by hand, but it will take longer and require some arm strength.
STEP 3: Fill a glass with milk (leave some space at the top for the whipped coffee).
STEP 4: If you prefer iced Dalgona coffee, add ice cubes to the glass before pouring in the milk.
STEP 5: Spoon the whipped coffee mixture on top of the milk. You can swirl it together or leave it layered, depending on your preference.
STEP 6: Stir the coffee and milk together before drinking. Enjoy your homemade Dalgona coffee!
Note:
You can adjust the amount of sugar and coffee to suit your taste. Feel free to garnish with cocoa powder or a sprinkle of instant coffee for added flavor.
