Quick Chicken Bread Recipe


Ingredients

- 1 pound (450g) boneless chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
- 1 cup diced onions
- 1 cup diced bell peppers (any color)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 pound (450g) pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)

INSTRUCTIONS


Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Prepare Filling: In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked and shredded chicken, diced onions, diced bell peppers, shredded mozzarella cheese, mayonnaise, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper. Mix everything together until well combined.

Roll Out Dough: Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface to form a rectangle, approximately 12x18 inches in size.

Fill and Roll: Spread the chicken mixture evenly over the rolled-out dough, leaving a small border around the edges. Roll up the dough tightly, starting from one of the longer sides, to create a log shape.

Seal Edges: Pinch the edges of the dough together to seal the seam and ends. Place the rolled chicken bread seam-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or greased.

Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes or until the bread is golden brown and cooked through.

Cool and Slice: Remove the chicken bread from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Once it has cooled slightly, slice it into individual servings.
