Anda Shami Burger Recipe

Ingredients:

- 4 burger buns

- 4 Shami kebabs (store-bought or homemade)

- 4 eggs

- 4 lettuce leaves

- 4 tomato slices

- 4 onion rings

- 4 cheese slices (optional)

- Ketchup and mayonnaise for dressing

- Cooking oil

- Salt and pepper to taste


INSTRUCTIONS


1. Cook the Shami Kebabs:

   - If using store-bought Shami kebabs, follow the instructions on the packaging to cook them. Usually, you can either shallow fry them in a pan with a little oil or heat them in the microwave.

   - If making homemade Shami kebabs, ensure they are already cooked and ready to use.


2. Fry the Eggs:

   - Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and add a little oil.

   - Crack one egg into the pan and cook it to your preferred level of doneness (e.g., sunny-side-up or over-easy). Season with salt and pepper while cooking.

   - Repeat for the remaining three eggs.


3. Assemble the Burger:

   - Slice the burger buns in half and lightly toast them in the pan or toaster until they are slightly crispy.


4. Layer the Ingredients:

   - Place a lettuce leaf on the bottom half of each burger bun.

   - Add a Shami kebab on top of the lettuce.

   - If desired, place a slice of cheese on the Shami kebab to allow it to melt slightly from the heat of the kebab.

   - Put a slice of tomato and an onion ring on top of the kebab.


5. Top with Fried Egg:

   - Carefully place a fried egg on top of the tomato and onion layers.


6. Add Condiments:

   - Spread a little ketchup and mayonnaise on the top half of each burger bun.


7. Assemble the Burger:

   - Place the top half of the burger bun over the fried egg and press down gently to secure all the layers.


8. Serve:

   - Your Anda Shami Burger is ready to be served. Serve it hot with your favorite side dish, such as french fries or a salad.
